I keep getting this message in my admin control panel

Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/****/public_html/admincp/admin.class.php on line 2

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/****/public_html/admincp/admin.class.php:2) in /home/****/public_html/system.class.php on line 21

Anyway to fix this.
